In the state of autoimmune disease our immune system mistakenly attacks to our body. In normally, our immune system fights from the bacteria, germs etc. But when ousider germs comes in our body and it sense it sends fighter cells for attacking on them.

There are treatments avialable for the symptoms such as swelling, pain, fatigue and skin rash. Well balanced diet and regular exercising can also help for feeling better.

It is very hard to diagnose the autoimmune disease because it is different with more than 80 in variety. It found more common in women and also runs in family. Main thing is to treat it, So mainly tratment is that it should reduce the overactive immune response.
