● 1/2 tsp black pepper
● 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
● Half a tablespoon of salt.
Set oven temperature to 425°F. Then heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan and keep the heat normal. Fry onion, garlic, and chipotle for around 4 to 6 minutes or until it gets softened. Stir it with cooked rice, pepper, and salt. Cook it for 3 to 5 minutes.
