Jacob Timothy Stockdale, 26, turned himself in after learning he has indict for the murders of his brother. James William Stockdale, 21, and his mother, Kathryn Barbara Stockdale, 54.
This happened on June 15, 2017. As officers approached a home in Beach City, Ohio, they heard a single gunshot. According to an investigator’s statement obtained by PEOPLE.
