According to a report, a spokesman for Biden’s State Department termed cops the “greatest threat to US national security.”

Under President Biden, Jalina Porter, assigned deputy spokesman for the US State Department, once said that the greatest threat to US national security might be domestic.
Because of the killings of Black Americans, Porter said in a 2016 Facebook post that US cops posed the most significant national security threat, surpassing both Russian hackers and ISIS.
“US cops are the greatest threat to US national security,” Porter remarked, according to The Washington Free Beacon. “Not ISIS, not Russian hackers, not anyone or anything else,” says the author.
“The genocide against Blacks in America will continue until we are almost extinct if you’ll don’t wake up and rise to this truth,” Porter stated. “That is not the world I want to live in or build for myself or others.”
According to the journal, Porter’s remarks were made in September 2016, shortly after a video of an unarmed Black man, Terence Crutcher, being shot by police in Tulsa, Okla.
“Comments I wrote five years ago on my own Facebook account as a private citizen were in response to the difficult – and harrowing – realities of race-based violence in America that has continued ever since,” Porter said in a statement on Tuesday.
She continued, ” “The anguish I expressed was genuine. Nonetheless, I should have selected words that were less emotional and spontaneous, as well as more useful. Of course, I am well aware that not all police personnel are dangerous to our community. Today, I am honoured to serve as the State Department’s first Black female Deputy Spokesperson, a position that allows me to contribute to the current national dialogue about fairness and inclusion as we continue to strengthen America’s global leadership.”

Porter formerly worked for Rep. Jerry McNerney, D-Calif., and former Rep. Cedric Richmond, D-La., both of whom are now White House senior advisers.
Porter also worked for the Truman National Security Project, a non-profit research organisation focused on national security and foreign affairs.
